toolbar position strange behavior

Hi all

I have a problem using a VM theme with joomla 2.5 and VM2. The category has been showed correctly but I have a lot of blank space below the end of products.

Using the /?tp=1 i have discovered that it is the toolbar position.
In details i don't have any modules installed in the toolbar position.

Any idea?
Where it is defined (to check or remove it)?
