Cannot access Administration area was created by Pongthap976
Hello ,
Last time, I cannot login to the administration area with the current username & password.
It's return the error message "500 - An error has occurred."
please help

That happened suddenly or first time you installed hot_start. Send link or ftp or something using "Report To Moderator"

I can login many time to customizing my site and I already send my site informations to "Report to moderator"

You installed some malicious component. You will need to log to ftp and to rename folder that component so you could prevent its loading.
Also you can edit configuration.php
set:
public $error_reporting = '6143';
so you could see error that may give you insight of witch component makes problem
