Cannot access Administration area

Hello support,

No new components installed in my site, I only installed from "hot_start" and so sure that all components come from "HOT eCommerce Template".

Could you please to check and solve it?
I will send you a ftp account for your checking more.

Did you try to repeat hot_start installation, also upload whole hot_start zip then unpack it on site using cpanel, that way you are sure all files are there. I'am saying this because your problem may be due some files did not copy.

Also set CHMOD on all files and folders to 755
