Module location Online Support/Free Registration

When i save the module , the position of the text moves down, and i cant find any way to correct this.
From a previous post i have tried to put the folowing code to the template_css.css but nothing happened too.

position:static;
}

Any help?

try this. Add this to bottom of template_css.css:

.top_arc p,.top_arc span{
margin:0!important;
padding:0!important;
}
