Hotstart Installation Virtuemart Questions

I am using joomla 2.5.7 and virtuemart 2.0.12f. I am running into some problems with virtumart. My website is www.eloops.com . Here they are:

1) I am getting the following error when I regsiter as a new user. Please see my screenshot. I do have an e-mail entered and it states to add an e-mail address also:

JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 42


2) Where does my customer enter her coupon code? (I do not see one on my hotstart installation.)

How did you enable coupon codes? Thanks!

Go to vm admin , "Orders And Shoppers" -> "Coupons" , go to "New" and create coupon
