problem with language

Hello,
I bought Hot drug store template, and installed the complete
package (Hot drug store25_hotstart), I set the language: back-end italian language.
When I change the language for the site in italian,
do not see the products and the various modules of virtuemart (VM-Category, VM-featured producs...)
Why is this appening?and how to resolve?

Check in extension manager in Database tab if there is some button saying like fix issues or so, if you see it click on it.
