Locked out and other strange login problem

I use the Joomla eCommerce Template - Hot eCommerce and i m locked out.
I changed many times to change the password from phpmyadmin but still even if i change it i cannot login.
I also installed a second copy of the same virtuemart template and i copied all user fields apart from the password and i still cannot login.
In the second installation i also notice the following:
1. I can login with the initial admin login i declare during installation. I create a second super admin from within joomla and this 2nd admin can NOT login in the brand new installation.

So you copy password field (it is some MD5 string) form user record you know password works foar to that you forgot pass. I personalty did it menu times and it works
