Changing template language

Hi,
I'm trying to change the template language to he-IL.
I have installed the he-IL language using Joomla extension manager and activated it properly.
But the template buttons are still presented in English.
"Add to cart", "Description", "Image Gallery" , etc.
Is there a simple way to do it using Joomla control panel ? Or should I edit the configuration files ?
I will appreciate if you can recommend on a step by step guide line for this.
