my site www.afrisho.com is down and showing the message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method VirtueMartModelUserfields::fieldPublished() in /home/afrishoc/public_html/plugins/vmshipment/weight_countries/weight_countries.php on line 246

how can I rectify this
