HOT Joomla Gallery Text Problem

Hello,

I am using Joomla! version 2.5.16 and the eCommerce template. This may be a simple problem but for me it is proving difficult. I entered this text, for the one image we have, in the HOT Joomla Gallery module. Here is the text but it is not working with or without the trailiing ;

image1.jpg\|\|Description text goes here

Any ideas?

P.S. This is the correct place to get the text to the right of the image1.jpg image, isn't it?

Whats \ for?

image1.jpg||Description 1 text goes here
image2.jpg||Description 2 text goes here
...

It shows the \ in the tool tip mouse over...I thought they needed to be ther because of that. So, I just tried:

image1.jpg||Description text goes here

AND

image1.jpg||Description text goes here;

but neither of them shows text on the homepage on the image rotater...

P.S. I only have one image.

-- I had the incorrect image folder path. However, that did not effect the image showing because it still does even after I changed it to the correct path. I am not sure what you mean by, "Does images show when you clear user input parameter?" Would you please clarify...?

If that field where you put:

image1.jpg||Description ...

is empty module will just take images and display them with default order without descriptions. If that does not happen first there is no point of configuring "user input" field
