Prices not displaying in cart

My client is using your e-commerce template with Joomla 2.5.22 and Virtuemart 2.6.6 and (possibly after upgrading Virtuemart) now finds prices are no longer displaying in the cart. The site is www.alainluminaires.com.au and it is set up to only display prices to registered users.

Virtuemart configuration has been set up to show sales price without tax in the pricing tab. The shopper group appears to be set up correctly, but I am no expert here. In the Templates tab of configuration, all boxes under "Activate css styles and javascripts" have been ticked except Use Fancybox and Use JQuery chosen for dropdowns in FE.

How can I get sales price to display?

You can use this to login to the front end and see prices:
Username: testshop
Password: testshop

What happens if you just save product?

Hmmm, once I am in a product page on the front end, I only have the option to Add to Cart - there is no save button. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you mean by saving a product?

Sorry for the long delay! I tried saving a product from the back end then adding it to my cart in the front end, but the price still doesn't display in the cart. I have attached a screen shot to show you.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Price column is also empty on our demo. This is probably a VirtueMart bug because template doesn't override the Cart page. However, on my site I can see the total price column (the right column).

Try to upgrade your site to the latest VirtueMart 2.6.8. Download VirtueMart component from here virtuemart.net/downloads and then install both component and AIO package (your old data will not be overwritten).
