top line of .content_pad { not showing on some

I wonder why on some category layouts the top line of the .content_pad { border is not showing.

Showing and correct on www.112ola.nl/assortiment/ben-jerry-s-150ml
Not showing and incorrect on www.112ola.nl/assortiment/magnum

It seems that I have added the categories, that do not show the top border line, sometimes later, but I cannot figure out what the difference is. All are VM category layouts of course.
