Upgrade e-commerce template

Hi there,

I have a hot e-commerce template (Joomla 2.5, VirtueMart 2.6.6.).
I wanted to upgrade it to Joomla 3.5 and VirtueMart 3.0.9.4).
First, I have upgraded VirtuemMart from 2.6.6 to 3.0.9.4. It was successful, but I got lots off warning (red and blue messages)... Under the extension upgrade I had a message, that my Virtuemart is not up to date. So, I tried to upgrade it again, but I lost the whole administration panel ... So, I had to install the previous version.
I am not a programmer, so I am afraid I cannot upgrade it. Is there any other solution? For example a new verison of this template, or an upgrade service that you can offer?

Hello,

there is something gone wrong while upgrading. It's tricky to update Joomla and VirtueMart both.
So we have new version of template that comes with new VirtueMart and Joomla too.

Did you lost admin panel of VirtueMart or whole Joomla?

I lost the whole admin panel. I had a backup, so restored it.
