milos i am not seeing my favicon on my website... and when i view the source code i see no reference to it from any of the style sheets...

"Designed by Trey Braid"? Do you have Developer license of eCommerce template or Platinum membership. You need that to change copyright info. Otherwise, you are breaking our Terms of Service and I can't help you.
