Installation problem was created by shanepowys
I have uploaded the files to my Cpanel via FTP and have tried to start the process of installing the template via Hot Start, but I cannot get the installation to work.
I have change the name to www.candles4.me/administrator/index.php as this is what I used before on other templates from you.
But nothing happens.

If you can't see installation page from your computer, or internet connection then that is an issue we con not handle. Why you don't try to use different computer to finish this?
Maybe I did not understand your problem?

It seems that Joomla and Virtuemart together
will not work on a shared server unless you have a dedicated IP address, this is why I could not get access to the installation page. I transfered the account to a dedicated IP address and it worked, no problem. :woohoo:
