It is not online. I am building it from my computer (xaamp).

Can you install google chrome browser. Then right click on problematic element and then go to inspect element.Google chrome lets you change css properties (right side of inspection window) and changes are instantly visible, so you can play until you get desired result. Also you will see in witch file is particular css entry so you will also see what file you need to change.
