How do I replace the header_bg.png image?

How do I replace the shopping basket with the electronics image on the top left side?
I replaced the header_bg.png with a new image and nothing changed.

Give us a link of you site and we will give you path to right image.

I dont have my site online.

I found the shopping basket image in C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla\templates\hot_ecommerce\images\header_bg.png.

I replaced with another image but nothing happened.
