System User Settings

I was testing under User Settings (System)the New User Account Activation: YES-NO, and click on the NO - SAVE - and the whole website dissapear. I can't even bring up the administrator page or the main website page. I know that I will need to re-load a file from the main ecommerce folder, but not sure which one to avoid something else. Or if you know what i need to correct to bring it back let me know ASAP.

Got it! found the error on configuration file permissions settings.
