permissions of the folders after unzipping

I am a member of the club when trying to install templates and a template using the pack start, the folders are created without the permission 755 and so can not install joomla 1.7.
With templates in joomla 1.5 this problem does not happen. How can you use the template 1.7 with success?

Well just change CHMOD to 755 ? Hosting file manager should have such option.
