Menu Error was created by kkeegan

I have uploaded Hot Cars template and I get this error and my menu is messed up

Strict Standards: Non-static method JSite::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in C:\xampp\htdocs\Buyers-Insite\templates\hot_cars\index.php on line 40

Strict Standards: Non-static method JApplication::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in C:\xampp\htdocs\Buyers-Insite\includes\application.php on line 539

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\Buyers-Insite\templates\hot_cars\index.php on line 40

Go to server configuration, server tab and lower down error reporting level. That are just warnings.

Thank you for the quick response that has fix half of my problem. Now the my menu is still vertical and not working

Did you set Menu Tag ID = nav in module settings?
