Strict Standards - Error

I have insalled succesfully the hotcars template local (Xampp 3.1.0).
Joomla is 3.2.2

The template looks like it should do in frontend.
But i have 3 errors on top, and i didn´t found any helpful psots...
here the errors:

That are just warning , just go to global configuration and level down value of "Error Reporting"
