How to change the Page title of Homepage?

How to change the Page title of Homepage? was created by miketopp

I have mys site www.mtechracing.co.uk working OK now, but I cant see how to change the homepage title from "Joomla Car Template - Hot Cars" to MTECH Racing.......
Can anyone help me with this?

From menu manager. Parameters(System) -> Page Title

When in menu manager there is no Parameters option
Menu Manager give me a choice of ----Copy Delete Edit New Help

Sorry for rough explanation.

1.Enter the menu manager.
2.There is table of menus containing column named:"Menu Item(s)"
3.Click on the icon in cell corresponding to your top menu and column named:"Menu Item(s)".
4.In menu tree find HOME and Click on it .
5. You will see to the right Parameters(System), expand it
6. Change "Page Title" file and save
