Featured articles not showing

I just installed the 1.6 version of the hot cars template. For some reason no featured articles are showing on the front page. The URL is potentialproject.com/v2_16/

Any suggestions?

I figured out that the articles need to be catogorized as "Demo content"|"Home Page", but I can't figure out why. I realize this is a newbie Joomla 1.6 question, but I would really appreciate some help. How is this configured?

You have option in Carousel Pro's parameters whether to show featured (front page) articles or not.
