site collapses everytime we try to add something.

welness templlate installed sucessfuly and revised according to demands but if i try to add new article or change any article site halts. then site goes offline i mean doesnt works.
it seems there is a setting to be change but which one.
its like admin news feed bug in joomla ,every fresh install needs admin rss feeding to be onchecked crashed so when we uncheck it then site goes normal.
the problem is what i have to uncheck.
server settings said normal to all joomla demands at install instead of 1.

You can access your administration login by adding /administrator to you base site link, so type that directly , you don't need to go to front-end first.
