Problem installing Wellness template was created by phxsunbum

I just purchased the Wellness template. My server already has Joomla installed on it (via Fantastico Delux). It appears in the installation instructions that this will install Joomla again. How do I install the template without installing Joomla again?

You can install just an template using zip file you got: hot_wellnes.zip .
-Go to Extensions->Install/uninstall
-Use "Upload Package File"
-Click on chose file and locate that .zip .
-Click "Upload File and Install"
