Main menu problem with ie using SH404 was created by eric67
Hello,
When SH404 enabled and only using ie some entries in main menu disappears.
Please have a look on that URL : www.harmonyhome-staging.com
In main menu click on "Home Staging" then "Déco'nomie", you will see the issue.
I use ie8 and try to emulate to other ie version, same problem.
I tried an older version of SH404, same problem.
All is ok using Firefox, Chrome..
I can provide an superadmin access if needed in MP.
Any idea?
Thanks,
Eric.

Try this:
1. Go to your administrator panel.
2. Open SH404SEF > 404 Requests Manager
3. Click “Purge” to the top right of the screen.
Verify if it's solved by testing the link (after refreshing). Usually, you'll see that the link has defaulted to the “original” URL created by SH404SEF. Check the URL Manager section of SH404SEF as well. You probably need to edit the URL in the URL Manager to suit your taste.
Because this component is manufactured by 3rd party provider, please ask their support for future problems:

Hi,
I already purge all cache, SH404 too.
I don't think it's SH404 component problem. It's work with all other templates. Only this one does not work. And there is a problem only with the main menu... strange.
I will, however, send a post to anything-digital.

Hello,
I had an anwser from anything-digital and sure now it's not a SH404sef issue.
PLease look in that way : in IE8 the menu is there only that your website is losing the css for the menu... specially this image: www.harmonyhome-staging.com/templates/ho...lness/images/bg3.png
I think it is a css problem.
Thanks,
Eric.

If it works without SH404 (why don't you try core Joomla SEF... it works best, trust me ), then we can't help. There are 6000 extensions for Joomla... we can't test our templates with each of them.
