How do i change the colors of the menu..

You can change it in template parameters: Extensions > Template Manager > hot_wellness. There select Template style: Custom and change needed colors.

Thanks.. However, when i select custom it changes my background images. I wanna keep the style 2 background but just change the colors.

How do i do that?

You must keep Custom style and COPY all values from file /templates/hot_wellness/styles/style2.php
