why can't i use this hotstart?

i am trying to install my hotstart, but failed many times.it showed 404. pls help me.thanks.

When I go to your link, I see there's already Joomla installed. Please delete everything from the site root folder and upload HotStart files again. Then run installer.

It seems that you have installed your joomla application under the 'healthgate' subfolder. In order to have the joomla site actually displaying through your domain name, you will need to uninstall the current copy and install a new one directly under your public_html folder.
