Blue top gradient surface problem was created by Airjie

Hello, I can't solve a problem about the blue top gradient surface.

No problem in Modzilla, but doesn't show in Explorer. First, when I disable SEF it was working, but now it's not working at all...

Please download package and re-install template (standard installation, template only). We have made some fixes today.
