Do you mean to build the site from the beginning once again?
Don't you have any other suggestions or tips, where this error came from?
It seems to have something with the template to do, but I am not a developer.

It is not problem with template, it's clear it's some problem with url rewriting. Try to turn off SEF, restore original htaccess file form basic joomla package. Maybe you have redirects in domain zone settings ?

You have file htaccess.txt that comes with every Joomla installation. It's in our HotStart package as well. Remove existing file .htaccess from your site root folder and rename file htaccess.txt to .htaccess.
If it does not help, you would need to contact your hosting provider to give you appropriate .htaccess file that works with Joomla. Be advised, on some hosts it's even not possible to activate Joomla SEF links. That's not related to our template.
