Blog featured article intro image captions displaying twice

Hi,

My website is at historicwinton.org/hw-joomla/ .

The blog article images shown in circles on the Home page often show the caption twice. See attached image. The issue is intermittent, occurring after I make change then sometimes disappearing when I make the next change. What do I need to prevent the captions displaying twice? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I can't see the error. Also, it will be probably fixed when you fix the issue with the missing leaves image.
