Problem on purchasing with hot template was created by tulio

After installation, When a customer try to purchase a product, it will send him to fill out the form even he is logged.
After filling the form and shipping information it doesn't continue the sequence for shopping so it takes out of the cart.

Please can you give an idea what's happening here?

check VM configuration , probably some url setting.

Solved, was Virtuemart Login module off.
