Top Menu position

I add the language translator module to the user9 position, but the top menu position came wrong now, it went out of range. before we have made some arrangements in a previous task in the forum where we have change the main and inner so it can fit to the template.

Check the top menu in the home position and store position, it changes. In home position it comes above the logo.

How can I fix the top menu position to become in the original position (centered). Or which parameters do I need to change to move it left or right. Also when I have try it with padding the user9 position moves down.

Logo with is still 159 and it should be 259, also top_menu_pad is 790 and it should be 690
You have not completed all steps I told you in your previous post (other thread).
