Joomla 2.5.3 update question

I just successfully installed the Fashion Store template and on the Admin page the icon for Joomla says to "Update to Joomla 2.5.3 Now". My question is, are there any known issues with the compatibility of the existing Joomla 2.5 with this new update to 2.5.3?

Better, wait for others to make mistakes it always good to give it an time and check vm forum before doing it. Just few minutes ago someone reported vm code database inconsistency with that constipation, so if you do it I recommend make backup first.
