Multiple image for a product not loading on page

Hello,

I am having trouble adding extra images for a product in VM 2. I go to the product list and click media file and click new, I chose the
the additional image, it uploads, but it's not showing with the main product image. All the image in media file are
all showing 1 bracketed.

What I am I doing wrong?

Currently using VM2.0.14 on Joomla 2.5.8 PHP 5.3.17

For image action you select "Upload". Right?

It's been some time now since I asked for some help on this matter, I received no solution that might helped.

I contacted VM and I was informed that if I was using a commercial template that's where my problems is.

Here is the response I got from VM;

"Are you using a commercial Joomla template or have you set up template overrides? The most common cause of what you describe is template related."

if there are no solutions, are there any module I can use to acomplish this.

There are no problems in fresh hot start with that, you can send us admin login using "Report To Moderator" so we could check

My hosting server is having some problem, as soon as they fix there problem I will forward the info.
