Error with the fashion template was created by w3x

Hi, everybody!

In the fashion template, when I fill the fields and click in the button register and checkout show the error below, see attached !!!

anybody know what´s happend !!!

In your address bar url should not contain & it should be just &. Something with links is problem. Maybe enabling SEF urls in joomla global configuration will solve matter
