Allow customer review / rating system text & font

Hi support team

I enabled the option of "Allow customer review / rating system in virtuemart", but I would like that don´t appear all the text in the virtual store (too large), like the example that I'm attaching and I also would like to apply a different font size (because it is a complementary text).

Could it be possible both things?

I tried to look for class "contentpagetittle" but only I can change the titles font-size not the content font-size inside the <span>.

I think not, "Votos totales: 0" is event not put in tag, instead it's put directly in div containing usual text so even some css trick to hide that would not be applicable.
