Where are the leather arrow that refresh the carou

Hi I personalized the arrows oh the homepage with a hole in the middles (arrow shaped) I must to update the arrows.png but I don't found them in the various folders, included the template images folder.

Where are the various parts of the template included the frame of the principal carousel?

I'am not sure what module you are referring because almost all of them have some sort of arrows, but you can always find them in <module folder>/images,
so:

modules/mod_hot_effects_rotator/images
modules/mod_hot_joomla_gallery/images
.
.
.
