Help with Checkout page label/field removal was created by lzachary

Hi All,

The labels in the rectangles (e.g. "Bill To Information", "Submit") on the Checkout page where the user enters billing information are kind of redundant (especially "Submit"). I'd really appreciate a pointer in the right direction to help me remove these. Also, any help removing optional fields (e.g. "Middle Name") would be great.
