Hot Relief Tabs Module Problem

Hi,
I'm trying to tabs modules for hot relief 1.5
but not work buttons and overmouse and like picture

again try other templates (example ja_purity...)
all tab modules working.

Solution ?

Update mootools , you source is in :

/media/system/js/mootools.js


new version you can get from mootools.net/

i cant, downloaded MooTools Core 1.4.0 without compatibility

and change folder name(mootools.js) with upgrade. but this was not.
