Relief spacing &lin below top menu off/missing

Could someone kindly look at this and tell me what happened. The format was fine one day and the next it was off. My graphic person went into css and made changes and I suspect caused this issue.

The line below the top menu is missing throwing the horizontal alignment off: www.artonlineatboyds.com/forum it is correct on the main www.artonlineatboyds.com/

Check if breadcrumb module is assigned to that problematic page.

I looked and there is nothing in breadcrumb position.

Just assign it for that menu item, i checked your source yesterday and that is only difference.

I have done that but nothing changes. In fact, if I assign anything to breadcrum, nothing shows up.

Ok, create one custom HTML module in user4 module position, type one random letter in it and assign just that problematic page in menu assignment. Tell us if that makes difference.
