Relief spacing &lin below top menu off/missing

Hi!

Unless I am misunderstanding what to do, I did what you suggested and nothing happened. I set the module to appear on for all pages and nothing happened on any of them.

Resolved. It was the pos 5 module that resolved it...have no idea why

I really appreciate your help!!! It got me looking in ways I hadn't thought of. I always love to learn something new.
