Flashes Template Top Menu on Registration Form

When I click the Register icon (CB Login Module), the Top Menu on my flashes template does not appear and the top portion of my Registration Page is cut off. What am I doing wrong?

template is like that, menu is less in height on all other pages except home.

In template parameters, under Flashes menu options, you can select height on Home Page and height on Interior pages.

I don't think the height adjustment is the problem. All other interior pages have the Top Menu except for when clicking the Register icon and login errors. Please see attached files or you may try it out yourself at www.ismconnect.org

Then make sure that Top Menu module is published on ALL pages.
