Sparky responsiveness not functioning

Now, I tested Sparky 0.96 responsive here.

It works in IE9, FF and Chrome (havn't tried on Opera or others on PC)
It does not work in IE8, IE7 (relative and static), however who cares...

It works partly on Windows Phone 8. See attached images 1, 2 and 3. #1 is when page loaded in portrait mode. #2 is when loaded in or turned to landscape mode. And #3 is when loaded in landscape and then turned to portrait mode.

It works on MAC OS X with FF, Safari and Chrome.

It works on iPhone.

On iPAD I'm unsure, only have available right now an iPAD 1, and here it does not work, it does not render the elements in place.

On smartphones/tablets I think it would be better generally if the left element (when enabled) would show beneath the content element.

How much do you think still needs to be corrected to get to version 1.0. And do you have a time schedule?

Sorry for late answer. We have released version 0.96b that fixes several bugs. I recommend you to try this. On what Windows 8 Phone you are testing this?
