One Page site with Sparky

Hi Folks,

First of all, Sparky looks great, thank you!
I saw your template called One Page, and I'd like to make a similar one for myself.

My questions:
- How can I fix the top position like on your site? (when I scrolling down, the menu and logo still visible)
- I made a test one page site with the anchors in the article. When I click the menu items, it JUMP to the anchor, not scrolling down.

Can you help me?

But be aware, fixed position is not 100% compatible with all mobile browsers, especially older ones
