Cannot See Sparky Options in Admin

I want to buy one of your templates, but I was testing the framework and I don't see all the cool options you show in your videos or demos. It's an existing site. We can't/don't want to do a fresh install because we JUST migrated all the data from a 1.5 site. If you think a fresh install will help this; let us know if you think we can connect to the old database to get the content over. Spent a lot of time on menus since the SP Upgrade didn't migrate correctly.

We are on a hostgator VPS; using Joomla 3.1. we installed the free template and the sparky framework. when I click on the template I see nothing but a list of CSS files.

debugging is on and there are no informative errors.

We had fix for sparky on j3.1.1 two days ago, maybe you miss that , see this post:

not sure I follow, that refers to a product name on someone's site?
