how do I edit the css for a row

Ok. I have put the menu in my second row and named it top_row1 with class top_row1.

I added this to template_css.css:
.top_row1.cell_pad {
padding: 15;
margin: 15;
}

For now I inserted a row above and below and added user5 to one row and user6 to the row below. I then addded a custom html module with a tranparent .png to user5/6.

But this is a perfect solution.

Well not really. I had to cheat with transparant .png?s in rows.

That is not cheat that is common thing to do
