hi wanted to know how can i edit the copyright information below on my testing site and change logo on the top

You can remove them but it is recommended you leave at least one just in case.
To change logo change image in template's /images folder

Code is ether in check templates\sparky_framework\library\c.php of at bottom of index.php of template. If yous want to change company name you can do it form template options. You have parameter for that.
