Help me, i cant see style designer menu

just now, i've just installed sparky framework.
what bothers me, i think i got a different menu (i've put some attachment).
on your website, you explained so many cool feature, such as "style designer" or "responsiveness"
i'm using joomla 3.3, with your hot_bokeh template.
could you point me, how to get those feature.

We have compatibility issue with 3.3 and we are working now to make it work (joomal 3.3 was published 2 days ago). Plaese be patient.
