Sparky fread error was created by rickjs

Installed Sparky on Joomla 3.3.1, opened template, error shows...

Warning: fread() [<a href='function.fread'>function.fread</a>]: Length parameter must be greater than 0 in E:\Programs\wamp22\www\jdev31\templates\sparky_framework\elements\tadmin.php on line 74

That is just warning, go to global configuration and level down value of "Error reporting" parameter
